Our company started back in 2006 as a staffing agency for surgical services and emergency rooms. Today, Intiva Health is the parent company of three different healthcare organizations, Incredable, Gummi World, and Nova Vita Wellness Centers, built on decades of healthcare operations experience, and committed to helping health providers make the most of their careers.

Incredable, formally Ready Doc, is the first DLT-secured credentialing solution for facilities, providers, and administrators. Ready Doc's decision to rebrand itself to "Incredable" reflects a significant evolution in the company's identity and offerings. As a leader in credentialing solutions, Ready Doc has continuously pushed the boundaries of what credentialing can achieve, introducing innovative features that redefine the credentialing experience for healthcare professionals and organizations alike. Backward, incredable can be broken a part and interpreted as "able to do all your credentialing in one place." With a new name and identity, "Incredable" symbolizes the company's transformative impact on the credentialing industry as it continues to empower healthcare professionals and organizations to achieve their full potential.

Gummi World started in 2019 when a group of health-conscious professionals recognized a need in the supplement market to put product quality, reliable production, and our customer’s ideas first and foremost. Now, we are the most certified manufacturer in the industry and have since moved into a space 6 times the size of our first location where we serve customers nationwide from Chandler, AZ. Our diamond team, comprised of a QA Manager, Nutritionist, Food Scientist, Pharmacist, Medical Doctor, and an Engineer, work simultaneously to create a dietary supplement unlike any other within the marketplace in just 4 weeks.

Nova Vita Wellness Centers started in early 2019 as an IV vitamin and IV ketamine infusion clinic in Edinburg, Texas, to provide physical health and mental health solutions. The Nova Vita team noticed a gap in the teachings of traditional medicine and the modern-day healthcare needs of patients. Nova Vita Wellness Centers was founded on the belief that each patient is a combination of health, history, and genetics and therefore needs their own personal wellness journey to achieve optimal health. In 2021 Nova Vita opened their second location outside of Austin, Texas. In 2022 we expanded our services to provide personalized wellness approaches to longevity, hormones, and ketamine therapy with solutions driven by science and customized for each patient. In 2023, we opened an Austin location within House of Gainz Gym where we continue to offer the best in wellness services to support, maintain, and balance whole-body health, longevity, and aesthetics care.

Alexander C. Candelario is a former Marine Officer and the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Intiva Group a group composed of companies in manufacturing, software, healthcare and aviation. Alexander has a deep expertise in business operations and M&A. He is the founder of a practice management group. He also manages and owns Cimarron Vineyards in Napa, CA. He holds an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Finance from Harvard.
Growth-oriented executive with cross-functional leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Proven ability to lead through integration and drive a customer-focused, solution-based culture. Experienced in healthcare, IT, IDNs, health systems, and contract manufacturing. Skilled in consultative sales, healthcare strategy, and nutraceutical formulation. Active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Shawn has over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, from direct patient care to administration. He uses his multifaceted skill set to drive implementation and integration, as well as research and product development. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Texas State University.

Garry oversees the project management, financial planning, and administrative activities of the Company. He obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. He has over 7 years of experience managing licensed medical professionals in anesthesia, emergency medicine, and private practice settings.
As Chief People Officer, Violet Navar leads the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while overseeing employee relations, engagement, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with senior leadership to address strategic workforce needs, including talent acquisition, development, and retention. Violet also provides guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, helping to foster a strong, people-first culture across the organization.

Xuechun Wang is corporate counsel with a strong focus on providing in-house legal support, specializing in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Prior to joining Intiva Health, she worked in the automotive industry, where she concentrated on employment law matters, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. Xuechun earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University and is licensed to practice law in both D.C. and Texas.
Vittorio Migliuolo is an experienced corporate attorney with a demonstrated history of working with startups as both in-house and outside counsel. Prior to joining Intiva Health, Vittorio maintained a general law practice that primarily served entrepreneurs and their businesses and also worked closely with various life sciences, sustainability, and other deep technology startups in support of their technology transfer and commercialization goals. Vittorio earned a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Samuel Broberg is an experienced accountant with a strong background in financial management. Before joining Intiva Health, Samuel oversaw accounting operations for a company specializing in construction and real estate management. He holds both a B.S. and an MBA from Oregon State University.
